GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Parties
The parties concerned by this contract are hereinafter referred to as 'the client' and 'the service provider'.
2. Contractual terms and conditions
The terms of this contract are set out in full clarity and acceptance of this contract by the customer implies express acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this contract.
3. Offer
After receipt of payment for an order, the service provider undertakes to carry out the invoiced service under the specified conditions and as quickly as possible and to transmit the processed data to the customer.
4. At the end of the service, any subsequent request not included in the general conditions of sale may be invoiced, this includes any revision beyond the number initially included, any export or sending of data subsequent to the service paid.
5. The customer agrees to provide his data in the requested conditions and formats. The service provider cannot be held responsible for any potential poor quality of the files provided by the customer and the latter agrees to take this into account.
6. Method of acceptance
Any order or purchase of a service in fact results in the entry into force of this contract binding the parties named above.7. The service provider cannot be held responsible for poor quality of the client's files and the latter understands and accepts that the service provider is dependent on this required quality. The service provider cannot be held responsible for potential defects or loss of quality of the work carried out if this is inherent to a defect present in the files transmitted by the client. Any service ordered with full knowledge of the facts and carried out by the service provider will be invoiced.
